Founded in 1995 in Dorking in Surrey, Bray Estates (members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is an independent professional property consultancy. An efficient and personal service is tailored to suit our clients needs.

Predominantly operating throughout Surrey, South London, and Sussex (although working throughout the UK and Europe on particular cases) we provide a friendly, personal service to corporate customers and private individuals alike.

We deal with all property matters from Surveys and Valuations to Commercial & Residential Property Management, Lettings and Investment Advice. Our experience, expertise and detailed knowledge of property and the market means we are ideally placed to advise our clients on the best possible course of action for their property requirements.
